She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schnetzer and Iris Schnetzer; and her brother Henry Schnetzer (Hank). She is survived by: her children, CJ DeSantis (Cynthia), Dwight DeSantis (Samantha) of La Jolla, CA, Carol Tiroff (Craig) of Jupiter, FL. and Doug DeSantis (Kelly) of Jupiter, FL.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lighthouse for the Blind of the Palm Beaches (LHPB.org) in her memory or bake something chocolate and give it to a friend.
