He was predeceased by: his parents, John Emory Brewbaker and Dorothy Brewbaker; his former wife Anna Mae Brewbaker; his wife Patricia Ann Brewbaker; and his son Ricky Brewbaker.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Holland and John E. Brewbaker III; his stepdaughters, Demetria McKay, Kathy Ruth, Amy McClendon and Mary Beth Bliss; his granddaughter Jamie Ferreira; and his great grandchild Louis Ferreira.
