He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Barnhill (Doug). He is survived by: his mother Charla Giles; his wife Hayley Barnhill; his sons, Thomas, Edward (Teddy) and George; his stepchildren, Chelsea Young and Charlie Young; his stepfather Fred Giles; his sister Shelby Sindelar (Jamie); his grandparents, Chuck, Carla Kelsay, Paul and Millie Barnhill; his aunts, Kim Kelsay and Sheri Powell (Tim); and his cousins, Cassidy, Ryan, Megan and Kristen.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes - Southside Chapel (1727 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in Joshua's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
