She is survived by: her husband Victor Almeida; her children, Maria Janvier, Astrigilda Almeida, Ieda Almeida, Odete Slade and Benvindo Almeida; and her siblings, Ricardina Lelis, Sergio Brito and Deolinda Brito Santos. She is also survived by her sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
