He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann Stack (Boyle) and Richard J. Stack; his father-in-law Elmer Dino; and his sister-in-law Danette Murphy (Dino). He is survived by: his wife Stacey Stack (Dino); his stepmother Donna E. Stack; his siblings, Ed Stack (Donna) of Pittsburgh, PA, Richard Stack (Cheryl) of Jupiter, FL, Kim Myers (Tim) of Vestal, NY and Nancy Heichemer (Rick) of Jupiter, FL.; his uncle Marty; and his close friends, Mike McCarthy and Tom Delmarter. He is also survived by 32 nieces and nephews, along with 6 great nieces.
