He was predeceased by: his grandmother Millie Baker; and his cousin Emma Rabinowitz. He is survived by: his parents, Chris and Debby; his brother Sam; his grandparents, Phil, Allana Baker, Larry and Susan Scheps; his aunt Greta; his uncle Martin; his cousins, Ella, Talli and Gabbi Cline; his aunt Julie; his uncle Dave; and his cousins, Jake, Zack and Will Rabinowitz.

If interested, donations are respectfully requested to be made to Take Stock in Children, Palm Beach County in Simon's name so that low-income youth will have the opportunity to escape poverty through higher education.
