He is survived by: his wife Karen Jerome Smith; his daughter Lisa Hummel of Mechanicsburg; his granddaughter Katy Hoy (Tyler) of Bethel; his great grandchildren, Barrett Hoy and Maise Hoy; and his brothers, Glenn Smith (Liz) of Lantana, Fla. and John Smith (Linda) of Bressler.
