He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Harvey and Lola Harvey; and his sister Gloria Sue Houghton. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Davis Harvey; his son Todd Harvey; his grandchildren, Lonnie Cole and Emily Harvey; his nephew Justin Houghton (Lara); and his great-niece Sorrel Houghton.
