He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Alison and Ryan; his brothers, Raymond and Robert Raines; his daughter Sara Louise; and his parents, Sara Gonzalez and Raymond Raines.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Bayside Grille (99540 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL 33037).
