He was predeceased by : his grandparents, John, Eva Pecha, Kip Osborn and Mildred Goga (John); and his close friends, Coco Puffs and Dallas.

He is survived by : his children, Jay, Dennis E. Goga III and Caden; his girlfriend Colleen McLaughlin; his parents, Dennis E. and Mary T. Goga, Sr.; his sisters, Michele Slocum (Gary) and Michaelene Christian (Brian Wallace); his nephews, Devin Ellis and Jacob Christian; his niece Sydney Christian; and his great-niece Dani.
