He was predeceased by : his father Glen Azevedo. He is survived by : his friend Kenz Everett; his close friend Andrei Conovali; his friend Lea Brandon Fettis; his mother Pamela Azevedo; and his siblings, Chris Azevedo, Mitch Azevedo and Kathy Kastberg. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
