He is survived by: his children, Jesse Perez (Dina), Joseph Perez (Lourdes) and Misty Witham; his grandchildren, Jesse Perez Jr. (Barbara), Trina Vichot (Ricky), Amy Pettingill, Brittany Witham and Jazlynn Perez (Seth); his great grandchildren, Lily, Stella, Mackenzie, Janelle, Javian and Selena; and his caregivers, Anesta Sandaeire, Teresa and Kate.
