He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Naomi; his parent Genevieve Lemley Foley; his stepfather Clyde Foley; his siblings-in-law, Harold Campbell, Joe Tuttle and Alberta Suplita; his mother-in-law Fledra Cora Wilson; his close friend Lloyd Wilson; his uncle John Lemley; his cousin Edna Lemley; his son Scott Eugene; his friend First Assembly; his brothers-in-law, David Tuttle, Tim Tuttle and Andrew "Frank" Suplita; his sister Ellen Campbell; his niece Valerie Sisler (Rick); his daughter Sherry Efaw (Tim); his granddaughter Stephanie; his close friends, Linda, Lisa and Karen; Glen Tuttle. He was also cherished by his wife, mother of his children, best friend.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Marvin's memory to the American Heart Association or to American Parkinson's Disease Association.
