He is survived by: his wife Susan Roberts; his children, Holli Averette (David), Vicky Flynn (David), Holly Schaber (Ed) and Jeremy Parker (Kathryn); and his grandchildren, Alexys Bess, Bailye Flynn, Jericho Parker, John Parza and Kyra Parza.
