She is survived by: her husband Bob Conneely; her daughter Tanza Conneely; her grandchildren, Blake Conneely, Zachary Shuy and Taylor Shuy; her great grandchild Colton Conneely; and her children, Chris and Barry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carrol's honor to St. William Catholic Church or a local Hospice, reflecting her spirit of generosity and love for those in need.
