With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chase Lee Anthony of Keystone Heights, Florida, born in Saint Augustine, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 27, 2025 at the age of 17. He is survived by: his mothers, Deborah Anne Rozier of Keystone Heights and Terry Lee Anthony Jr. of Pensacola; his siblings, Tyeler Anthony-Rozier of Keystone Heights, Riley Anthony-Rozier of Keystone Heights, Abbigail Anthony-Rozier of Keystone Heights, Taylor Anthony-Rozier of Keystone Heights, Ivan Carter Jr., Jasmine Carter of North Carolina and Shane Mellen of Georgia; his grandparents, Terry, Pamela Anthony of Lakeland, Robert and Joy Lee of Arizona; his great-grandparents, Sam, Connie Rozier and Sharon Anthony; his aunts and uncles, Krista Ellis, Jesse Lee, Chase Anthony, Sherrie Simpson, Tom Rozier (Melissa), Sam Rozier (Lori), Mike Anthony and Brian Anthony; and his cousins, Lane, Corbin, Aura of Paxton, JC, Hunter and Khloe. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Baptist Church (3716 State Rd 21, Keystone Heights, FL 32656). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
