It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Stowe of Keystone Heights, Florida, born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Alvar and Ann Stowe (Meltalsky); and his siblings, David Stowe and Phyllis Jean Allison. He is survived by : his wife Grace; his daughters, Richelle Davis (Ray) of Brooker and Rebecca Gilbert of Ocala; and his brothers, Donald Stowe of Harrisville and Gary Stowe of Keystone Heights. He is also survived by "Grandpa" or "Pops" by his six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
