He is survived by : his children, Kimberly Carlton (Andrew) and Johnny C. Woodell, Jr. (Annie) of Keystone Heights; and his siblings, Effie "Darline" Carver of Cornelia, Georgia of Wilmington, Robert Woodell of Wilmington and Cathy Lee of Wilmington.
