Kathy Scates Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Kathy Scates of Keystone Heights, Florida. Kathy, born on February 22, 1941, passed away on June 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ridaught, and Winona Ridaught, Sr. (Rountree); her spouse Charlie "Pink" Foster Jr.; and her sisters, JoAnn and Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Winona Foster Zeh (Jimmy), Charlie P. Foster (Joy) and Margaret "Liz" Foster Addison; her grandchildren, Tara Neal (Ryan), Kelly Smith (Jason) and Nick Foster; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Isabelle, Layla and Hunter; and her siblings, Les, June and Sandy.
