He was predeceased by : his parents, Milo O'Steen and Coleen O'Steen; and his brother Jackie O'Steen. He is survived by : his daughters, Kendell O'Steen and Ashley O'Steen; his siblings, Mark O'Steen (Wendee) and Lisa Jowers (Dewayne); and his grandson Evan Berry.
