She is survived by: her sons, Michael John Liptak (Coni) and Shannon Thomas Liptak (Rajo); her grandchildren, Ryan Liptak, Kimberly Acuna, Kelly Werth, John Liptak, Aileen Liptak, Catrina Liptak Muthig, Kyle Barnett and EJ May; her great grandchildren, Talia, Brianna, Jennifer of James, JT, Cody, Edwardo, Gavin and Sophia; and her daughters-in-law, Janice Liptak, Nancy Liptak and Jackie Read Jaeger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
