He is survived by: his children, Sharon Roark of Keystone Heights and Rick Addison of Orange Park; his brother Cecil Addison (Martha) of Gainesville; his brother-in-law Lamar Starling of Lake Butler; his grandsons, Byron Roark and Darren Roark; and his great grandchildren, Odin Roark and Cade Roark.
