She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Kay. She is survived by: her children, Heather Carl, Daniel Kay, Abigail Kay-Silva and Tami Kay-Rodery; her son-in-law Douglas Carl (Heather Carl); her grandchildren, Frank Kay, Gabriella Silva, Stetson Lewis, Sophia Silva and Kaiden Malone; and her sister Laura Ratcliff of Ohio.
