She was predeceased by: her parents, John Torrington and Frances Torrington. She is survived by: her husband Peter Simonson; her sisters, Jane Butler (Ian) of Corris Uchaf, Wales and Petra Torrington-Unsworth (David) of London; her children, Alex L. Sullivan (Brenda) of Knoxville, TN and Laurie A. Strout (Michael) of Kissimmee; her stepson Scott Simonson (Joann) of Ochlocknee, GA; her grandchildren, Hayden Sullivan, Kaleb Sullivan, Jacob Prescott, Jonathan Tuohey and Kristin Simonson; her niece Grace Butler; and her cousins, Peter Lightfoot and Nicola Lightfoot. She is also survived by her family and a wide circle of friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.
