He was predeceased by : his parents, David DeLucia and Ella DeLucia. He is survived by : his wife Sandra DeLucia of Kissimmee, Florida; and his children, Wesley Harper of Brisbane, Australia and Samantha France of Wasilla, Alaska. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
