She is survived by: her husband Charlie Hawkins; her children, Gwendolyn Cherlena Fairley-Smith, Valentina Johanna Fairley-Rogers (Joshua Henry Fairley) and Gregory Ames Fairley (Reginald Dewon Fairley); and her sisters, Mildred and Lettecee.
