We are sad to announce that, on December 24, 2021, at the age of 36, Christopher Smith (Kissimmee, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Angelo Costantino, Richard and Doris Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Martin Smith and Felicia Smith (Costantino); and his grandmother Giovanna Costantino. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts, as well as six cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Christopher's memory to the National Kidney Foundation.
