She is survived by: her brother JC; her husband Billy Johnson; her son Bill; her brother Murray Fewell; her daughter Clarine Huet; her grandchildren, Cole Carter, Carson Wells, Jana Huet, Kaki Metcalfe, Hillary Paris and Blaire Metcalfe; and her great grandchildren, Bridge Metcalfe, Clara Carter of Collin's Paris, Luke Paris and Lucy Paris.

She took pride in her role as President of the Osceola Cattlewomen's Association, and in 2009, she was honored with the Coca-Cola Cowboys and Women's Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the community.
