He is survived by: his wife Eloise Matos; his children, Kristina Matos, Bryan Anthony Matos, Samantha Eloise Matos-Perez and Nicole Matos-Torres; and his grandchildren, Amber, Lylah, David Jr., Nathaniel, Isaiah, Elijah, Noah and Zair. He is also survived by two sisters and two brothers.
