He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Brenda McCoy Pate of Kissimmee, Florida; his children, Chrystie Pate Schenk (Benjamin) of Kissimmee, Misty Pate Armstrong (Trent) of Columbus, Mississippi and Scott Warren Pate (Abigail) of Kissimmee, Florida; his grandchildren, Kauhlin Pate and Madison Ann Schenk; his great grandchild Levi Alexander Pate; and his siblings, Leslie Sanders, John Pate III (Brigitte), Michael Pate (Tonya), Tommy Pate (Holly), Tracy Pate (Lorrie) and William Pate (Dawn).

Due to the recent pandemic and to protect the safety of our family and friends, the Pate family respectfully request that face mask should be worn at the service.
