Sherri Otcenasek wrote a sympathy message

“Jim was a friend from high school. We reconnected through social media a few years ago. We shared many phone and text conversations that were always interesting, uplifting and informative. Jim was a kind, humble and honorable man, a true American, and a Patriot. I am so saddened to hear of his passing…I’ll miss his words of wisdom. May God be with you, My Friend…until we meet again!”
