He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gutowski and Sophie Gutowski; and his sons, John J. Gutowski, Jr. and Jonathan Harrington. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gutowski; his children, Melinda Parker (Donald) of Bradenton, FL, Jacklyn Gutowski of Kissimmee, Joseph and Justin Harrington of Toms River, NJ; his grandchildren, Edward Isabell (Larissa) of Monterey and Alexsandra Isabella of Rochester, NY; and his great grandchild Jayden Isabella of Monterey. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you support your local foster/adoption agencies, literacy campaigns, libraries or simply read to and with a child whenever you can.
