He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Turk and Elizabeth Turk; and his sister Suzanne Turk. He is survived by: his brother David; his sister-in-law Carolyn; his siblings, Bennett, Laurel and Karen; and his brother-in-law Anthony.
