She is survived by: her husband Frank Elkins of Kissimmee, Florida.; her children, Lynda Palmer (Joe) of Kissimmee, Florida. and Bryan Elkins (Kristen) of High Springs, Florida.; her siblings, Dawson Legett (Debbie) of Tallahassee, Florida., Bryanette Moon of Perry, Sharon Lundy (Tommy) of Perry Florida and Memorie Loughridge of Mayo, Florida.; her grandchildren, Connor Dietterick, Rebecca Springman (Nathan), Joshua Palmer, Quinn Elkins, Maddi Elkins and Emma Palmer; and her siblings' children, Edwin Lundy, Mary-Elizabeth Kromberg, Dawson Leggett, Jeanie Lundy and Wesley Leggett.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Services (511 W Emmett St, Kissimmee, FL 34741). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
