We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2023, at the age of 89, Oscar Sunny Shipley (Kissimmee, Florida), born in Georgetown, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dias Shipley and Annie Shipley. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sister Maxine Collins; his children, Oscar, Carl and Jennifer; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Tara and Kassandra. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
