He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Perez and Eva Perez. He is survived by: his wife Melody; his daughters, Terray Perez and Tisha Alvarez Turner; his son-in-law Paul Alvarez Turner; and his siblings, Adrain Perez and Genarita Laracuente.
