She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Sonny" Wayne Lucas Sr.; her parents, Erby Franklin Carter Sr. and Sarah Pauline Hutson Carter; and her siblings, Phyllis Jean McFarland and Erby Franklin Carter Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Bo" Lucas Jr. (Lauralee), Bonnie Lucas-Bennett, James Lucas, Robert Lucas and Pamela Mathis (Shawn); her aunt Rubie Greene; and her siblings, Pat Copenhaver, Ed Carter, Buster Carter, Kathy Pugh, Royce Carter, Deborah Carter-Rowell, June Carter-Clemons, Robert Carter, Jerry Carter and Chris Carter. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's Research, in honor of our mom, Priscilla Lucas.
