Ross Browne of Richmond, VA; his sister Valerie Seldon of Citrus Heights, CA; his siblings-in-law, Tammie Weseman of Citrus Heights, CA, Carolyn Johnson of Mount Vernon, NY, Tanya Smith of North Oaks, MN, Dr. Stanley W. Smith of New Rochelle, NY and Dr. Lindley T. Smith of Richmond, VA.; and his cousins, Ronnie L. Steward of Oklahoma City, OK, LaRheba Steward-Haywood of Oklahoma City, OK, Terri Lynn Steward-Jones of Oklahoma City, OK, Flechia Diane Phillips-DeCelle of Citrus Heights, CA, Mechelle Penny of Seattle, WA, Michael Penny of Seattle, WA, Etheldia Hughes of Seattle, WA, Barbara Hinton-Harris of Montgomery, AL, Jacqueline McDuffy of Myersville, MD, Wanda McDuffy-Vinson of Myersville, MD, Joe McDuffy of Oklahoma City, OK, Marvin Gray of Chicago, IL and Dr. Shareef A. Daaliya. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
