It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Ford (Kissimmee, Florida), who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Sylvia's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sylvia has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She is survived by: her children, Erika Hagen and Ransom Ford; her grandchild Tatianha; and her brother Peter Blumberg.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the ASPCA, a reflection of her great love for animals.

“My favorite story my dad would tell of his sister from their childhood was when one night while sitting him, she made him green scrambled eggs - no food coloring involved. I remember swimming in Grandma’s pool with her, but most of all I remember her laugh and her love of wolves. Dad always pointed out any wolf thing at any store we went to and said, “Sylvia would love that.” I know she is very much missed by all who knew her. I am so sorry for her loss.”
