He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stilwell and Bertha Charbonneu Stilwell; his wife Nickie M Stilwell; his siblings, Carol Mabeus and William Stilwell (Bill); and his brother-in-law Frank Mondi III.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Tennant and Patricia Flanagan; his son-in-law David Flanagan; his grandchildren, Greggory Tennant, Andrea and Kimberly Flanagan Hannah (Devon); and his sister Patricia Tibbits.
