He is survived by: his mother Rosemarie Schulberger Kramer of Brookfield, Connecticut; his wife Helen Kramer of Kissimmee, Florida; his daughters, Stephanie Kramer of Kissimmee, Amy Kramer of Louisiana and Kimberly Kramer of Nevada; and his sisters, Rosemarie Corbin (Dale) of Connecticut and Teresa Robins of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
