She was predeceased by: her daughter Penny Van Schuyver; her granddaughter Mackenzie Van Schuyver; and her brothers, Darwin and DeWayne Madden. She is survived by: her husband Arland Van Schuyver; her son Marty Van Schuyver; her grandchildren, Bryce Van Schuyver (Amanda) and Megan Van Schuyver (Jimmie); her great grandchildren, Silas Shaffer, Brock McCoy and Gabe McCoy; and her sister Donna Mae Thede.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mackey United Methodist Church (288 V Ave, Story City, IA 50248). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to the family.
