She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nixon and Agnes Nixon; her husband William H. Hilgers; her sons, George, Joseph and Carl Hilgers; and her grandchildren, Michelle A. Duran, Christopher Ortiz, Roberto Bonachea and Dantae M. Santana.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Lord (family: Catherine Ortiz, Carol Hunter, William H. Hilgers Jr., Deborah Hilgers, Richard Hilgers, Edward Hilgers, Joanne Lopez) and Henry Moresi. She is also survived by family, Catherine Ortiz and family, Carol Hunter and family, William H. Hilgers Jr. and family, Deborah Hilgers and family, Richard Hilgers and family.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (9925 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392).
