He was predeceased by: his parents, Beachem Franklin and Betty Jo Franklin; and his sister Brenda Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Donna Franklin; his daughters, Jennifer Clarke (Homer) and Amanda Peranteau (Joshua); his grandchildren, Nicolas J. Clarke (Angelica), Alliah, Joshua and Isaac Peranteau; and his great grandchild Nicolas A. Clarke.
