Arthur Rubin Reed Jr. of Lady Lake, Florida, passed away on November 24th, 2025, at UF Health Spanish Plains Hospital in The Villages, Florida. Born on June 11th, 1946, in Albany, New York, to Arthur Rubin Reed Sr. and Betty Jane Dayter Reed, Arthur lived a life defined by service, dedication, and unwavering strength. A proud veteran, Arthur honorably served four years in the United States Air Force before continuing his commitment to his country with the Army National Guard, where he dedicated an additional 22 years of service. His discipline, leadership, and steadfast reliability earned the respect of all who served alongside him. After his military career, Arthur continued to apply his strong work ethic as a maintenance foreman at Albany Medical Hospital, where he was known for his skill, responsibility, and dependability. Arthur is survived by his devoted spouse, Mrs. Donna Reed, who walked beside him through every chapter of life. He also leaves behind many family members and friends who will forever carry his memory with pride and affection. Arthur will be remembered as a man of integrity—strong, steady, hardworking, and loyal to those he loved. No public services have been scheduled at this time.
