He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Settlemire; his parents, Sara Settlemire and Charles Settlemire; and his sister Sally Niederriter. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Mandi and David; his stepdaughter Lynda Waldenville; his grandchildren, Julia, Laurel and David; and his former wife Sami. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
