The memory of Hilda E. Schroll-Smith of Lady Lake, Florida, who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Varney and Carole Varney (Manning); her husband Roy Smith, Sr.; and her sister Cynthia Gibb. She is survived by: her son Kirk M. Schroll of Port Allegany; her grandchildren, William K. Schroll of Bradford and Mary Elizabeth Schroll of Bradford; her great grandchild Madeline Elizabeth Schroll; her sister Kelly Bish (Jeff) of Olean, NY.; and her stepchildren, Roy Smith, Jr. (Gail) of Port Allegany, Michael A. Smith of Port Allegany, Darla Bailey (Tom) of Port Allegany, Ramona Follett (Clark) of Olean, NY and Karen Baker (Ted) of Carthage, NY. She is also survived by several stepgrandchildren, several step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Veterans Memorial (4743 PA-155, Port Allegany, PA 16743).
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany, Memorials if desired may be made to the United Methodist Church of Port Allgany Building Fund.
