He is survived by: his wife Diana Ballard; his children, John F. Capone (Robin) of George Capone, M. D, Barbara Portoluri and Frank Capone (Joan); his siblings, George Capone, Robert (Dolly), Anthony Capone and Jean Capone of Connecticut; and his siblings-in-law, Jessie Albanetti (Edward), Mary Freitas (John), Roberta Ballard, Clifford H. Ballard (Lauretta) and Charles Ballard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
