He was predeceased by: his father Leonard England; and his brother Scott England. He is survived by: his daughters, Abigaile Cooper and Jacquline Willome; his significant other Beth Keough; his mother Patsy Overfield; and his siblings, John England (Laura), Bevin England and Mary Elizabeth Moon. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that life-saving blood donations or monetary contributions be made to the San Antonio Blood Bank, in recognition of the vital role blood transfusions played in Todd's care and his hope that others may benefit in the same way.
