She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Mercer and Ruby E. Mercer; and her granddaughter Sabrina Waide of Virginia Beach, Virginia.. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Waide (Bill) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her grandchildren, Kenny Waide (Sarah) of Henrico, Ryan Waide (Megan) of Alexandria and Holly Payne (John Michael) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and her great grandchild Willow Waide.
